Nienke, ik kan daar nu niks over zeggen eigenlijk. Hij heeft niet meer plekken bijgekregen, maar hij heeft natuurlijk al die tijd ook wel antibiotica gehad. Lastig om te zeggen wat er dan allemaal gebeurd in zijn lijf natuurlijk. Kan antibiotica een allergische reactie onderdrukken?

Maar honden met een atopie (dus allergie voor dingen uit de omgeving) reageren doorgaans heel goed op prednison, veel beter als bij een voedselallergie. Nu probeer ik niet te zeggen dat je prednison moet geven, maar wel dat je meer in de richting van atopie moet denken. Is er al een allergietest gedaan?
